Seller Fees
Livsho charges a commission on each completed sale. The current fee schedule is available in your seller dashboard. Fees are deducted from your payout automatically. Livsho reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice.
Payouts
Seller earnings are released after the buyer confirms receipt or after a holding period following delivery confirmation. Payouts are processed to your linked bank account or debit card on a rolling schedule. Livsho may withhold payouts during active disputes or investigations.

Livsho reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion and to suspend accounts that repeatedly list prohibited items.
Livsho does not charge buyers a platform fee on purchases; the item price and any applicable shipping costs are what you pay. Sellers pay a commission on sales. Payment processing fees may apply and are included in or added to the transaction as disclosed at checkout. All fees are subject to change with notice.
If an item does not arrive or arrives significantly not as described, you may open a dispute through the Livsho platform within 72 hours of delivery (or within 7 days if the item was not delivered). When you host or participate in a live show, your video and audio are transmitted in real time. Livsho may record and temporarily store streams for quality assurance, moderation, and dispute resolution purposes. Chat messages sent during live shows are stored to maintain show records and resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.

Livsho is a live streaming auction and marketplace platform. Sellers host live video shows where they present items — collectibles, trading cards, sneakers, fashion, and more — and buyers bid in real time. Think live TV shopping meets online auction, entirely on your phone.
Download the Livsho app, tap Sign Up, and register with your phone number or email. You'll need to verify your contact info before bidding or buying. You must be 18 or older to use Livsho.
Signing up and watching live shows is completely free. Buyers pay only the item price plus shipping — no platform fees on top. Sellers pay a commission on completed sales; the fee schedule is available in your seller dashboard.
Livsho supports a wide range of categories including:
When a seller puts an item up for auction during their live show, a bid button will appear on screen. Tap it to place a bid at the current price. You can keep bidding by tapping again if someone outbids you. The auction ends when the timer runs out — the highest bidder wins.
Bids are binding commitments. Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted. Please only bid on items you intend to purchase. Repeated bid cancellations or failure to pay for won items may result in account restrictions.
Auction: Buyers compete by placing bids. The highest bid when the timer expires wins the item.
Buy Now: A fixed price set by the seller. First person to tap "Buy Now" gets the item immediately at that price — no bidding required.
Some live shows feature both formats — the seller may start with an auction and switch to Buy Now for remaining stock.
When you win an auction or complete a Buy Now purchase, your saved payment method is charged automatically. We accept major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. You'll receive an in-app confirmation and receipt immediately after payment.
If you win multiple items from the same seller in a single show, Livsho may combine them into one shipment to save on shipping costs. You'll be charged the appropriate shipping amount at checkout. Items from different sellers ship separately.
Once the seller ships your item and enters a tracking number, you'll receive a notification in the app. You can view all your orders and tracking info under Profile → My Orders.
Open a dispute within 72 hours of delivery (or 7 days if the item shows as delivered but you didn't receive it). Go to My Orders → [Order] → Report a Problem. Our support team will review the case and may issue a refund or facilitate a resolution. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before attempting to resolve through Livsho — doing so may result in account suspension.
All sales are final on Livsho. Returns are only accepted when an item is significantly not as described by the seller, or if the item is not received. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for a return or dispute.
Tap Sell on Livsho in the app and complete the seller application. You'll need to:
Approval typically takes 1–3 business days. Once approved, you can schedule and go live anytime.
From your seller dashboard, tap Go Live. You can schedule shows in advance or go live instantly. Before your show, set up your auction items with photos, descriptions, starting prices, and reserve prices (optional). During the show, you present each item and launch auctions directly from the app.
Livsho charges a commission on each completed sale. The exact rate depends on your seller tier and category — current rates are displayed in your Seller Dashboard → Fees. There are no listing fees or monthly charges; you only pay when you make a sale.
Earnings are released after the buyer confirms receipt of the item, or automatically after a holding period following carrier-confirmed delivery. Payouts are sent to your linked bank account or debit card on a rolling schedule (typically within 2–5 business days of release). You can view your pending and available balance in the seller dashboard.
You must ship sold items within your stated handling time, which is shown on your seller profile. The standard expectation is within 3–5 business days of the sale. Late shipments without communication may result in seller score penalties or account review.
If a buyer opens a dispute, you'll receive a notification and have the opportunity to respond with evidence (tracking info, photos, communications). Livsho's support team reviews all disputes and makes a final decision. Maintaining accurate listings and shipping promptly is the best way to avoid disputes.
International shipping is supported but optional. You can configure which countries you're willing to ship to in your seller settings. International buyers will see your shipping rates and estimated delivery times at checkout. You are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees — make sure your listings clearly state your international shipping policy.
Yes. Livsho does not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. When you use Apple Pay, your card details are never transmitted to Livsho or the seller — only a secure token is used to complete the payment.
Prepaid cards and gift cards are not currently supported.
Common reasons for a declined payment include insufficient funds, an incorrect billing address, or your bank flagging the transaction. Try a different payment method or contact your bank to authorize the charge. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
If a dispute is resolved in your favor or a seller cancels an order, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive an in-app notification when the refund is processed.
Tap the three-dot menu on any profile, listing, or live show and select Report. Choose the appropriate reason and submit. Our trust and safety team reviews all reports. For urgent issues during a live show, use the in-stream report button for immediate attention.
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll need to confirm your identity before deletion. Note that deletion is permanent — your bids, orders, and show history cannot be recovered. Outstanding orders and disputes must be resolved before an account can be deleted.
Change your password immediately via Settings → Security → Change Password. Then contact us at [email protected] right away so we can lock down your account and investigate. Do not share your password with anyone — Livsho will never ask for it.
